Our Barn Raising Capital Campaign to raise $2 million will help fund the first big project: to replace the hog and sheep barns with a giant, state-of-the-art facility. This will offer improved comfort and safety for 4H and FFA events, and create an enclosed 340’ x 140’ structure for many other uses. If you're on the Fairgrounds, you can see the big orange line that runs the perimeter of the new building - all the way around the current sheep and hog barns.

If all goes as planned, we will tear down the old buildings after the 2010 Fair and open the new barn for the 2011 Fair. With the help of friends like you, we can make this happen.

Even if you don’t join Friends, you can show your support by raising money for the Barn Raising Capital Campaign. Small or large, every contribution counts and goes directly to the construction fund. You or your 4H, FFA, Ag Booster or other group can help raise money and get recognition on the donor’s plaque when the barn is built.
